How we reach you

The agreement says correspondence is by email, so this is the one we use.

The agreement

Hire is under the Rental & Decorating Agreement (version 1.0). In short, and in full on that page:

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at signing; the balance is due 24 hours before the event.
  • You have 14 days after signing to cancel for a refund, less a 10% service charge.
  • We set up and break down at the venue named on your booking, and that venue only.
  • You are responsible for damage to hired items while they are at the venue.
